MERJE has partnered with a prestigious advisory firm to find a dynamic Principal Consultant to lead and manage advisory engagements, while spearheading business development initiatives. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a background in lending or wealth management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an ambassador for the firm across the industry.
- Lead and manage multiple client projects, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Develop bespoke solutions to meet clients' regulatory and operational needs.
- Serve as the primary contact for project portfolios, managing client expectations and team tasks.
- Produce weekly team updates and manage project budgets.
- Drive business development through thought leadership, proposals, presentations, and client outreach.
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of senior consultants.
- Assist in recruiting new team members and represent the firm at industry events.
- Stay informed about regulatory developments and their impact on client operations.
Skills & Experience:
- Deep knowledge of the UK financial services sector and FCA regulatory framework.
- Proven consulting experience, with expertise in lending or wealth management.
