Senior Investment Sales Consultant Central London £30,000 basic£80,000 OTE GKR International is delighted to partner with our client as they form their new London division. Already an established property investment firm in Europe, the client is now expanding and opening a new office in London.  This hire will play a pivotal role in building out the UK side of the business. You will be handling warm leads with an already large database.  The successful candidate will have the responsibility of building out a team in the near future.  Perks:

  Responsibilities:
  • Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with potential clients to understand their investment goals, risk tolerance, and financial objectives.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about current real estate market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
  • Property Portfolio Management: Build and manage a diverse portfolio of investment properties tailored to meet the unique needs of clients.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the investment process.
  What we need in you:
  • At least 2 years working in the Real Estate industry.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Client-focused: A customer-centric approach with a genuine interest in helping clients achieve their financial goals through property investment.
  • Self-Motivated: A self-starter with a high level of motivation and the ability to work independently.
