Location: Hammersmith / Full time office based

Salary: 24 – 30k + Performance related bonus

Our Mortgage Administrators work in a fast-paced & forward-thinking environment where the role will be to provide administrative support to 2 brokers within the business.  This is a great opportunity for someone who possibly wants to move into a Mortgage Adviser role in 12-24 months.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide an effective and efficient support service to the department and dedicated consultants.
  • Responsible for administering and progressing applications, managing leads.
  • Liaising with 3rd parties, clients, and consultants.
  • Great organisation skills in order to manage your own day.
  • Use of systems to input applications including OWS and SmartR365

Ideal candidate:

  • Will possess at least 2 years’ experience as an Administrator preferably in a mortgage, property or financial services environment.
  • Experience with extensive data entry into portals.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work autonomously and take charge of your role

Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday 9 am - 6 pm
