Our client, a specialist law firm located in the vibrant city of London, is delighted to offer an exciting job opportunity for a Revenue Assistant within their thriving and expanding revenue control team.
The primary objective of this role is to ensure that billing is executed with precision and within designated timeframes, thereby facilitating the prompt collection of payments.
Core duties will include;
- Preparing and sending bills within strict timeframes
- Resolving time recording queries
- WIP and aged debt reporting
- Credit control - contacting clients via telephone and email
- Ensuring clients contact details in the system are up-to-date and accurate
- Building working relationships with internal and external parties
- Meeting individual and team billing and collection targets
