The Associate Lawyer's role

As an Associate Lawyer, you will play a vital part in a diverse and well-established team, supporting a broad range of work across the infrastructure, energy, real estate and financial services sectors. The successful candidate will be involved in transactional construction work, with a focus on real estate development and finance-related matters. There is also scope to engage in broader projects work depending on experience and interest.

Working closely with colleagues across legal disciplines, you'll be expected to build long-standing client relationships and contribute to business development activities. This is a role suited to someone eager to take on early responsibility in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The Associate Lawyer

To be considered for this Associate Lawyer position, you should ideally meet the following criteria:

  • 2-5 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) within a large commercial firm or in-house legal team
  • Strong technical grounding in construction and projects law, particularly in real estate development and finance-related transactions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for a client-facing role
  • A proactive team player with sound commercial judgement and flexibility to work across disciplines
  • Relevant experience working with clients in the infrastructure, construction, or real estate sectors is highly desirable. UK-qualified solicitors preferred.
