A leading West End firm, recognised by the Legal 500 and ranked in the top 100, is seeking an experienced Corporate Associate to join their dynamic and tight knit team. With a focus on M&A and Private Equity, the firm is looking for a solicitor with 5-10 years PQE and a strong track record in handling corporate transactions.  This role offers a unique opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial environment with rapid progression towards partnership. While a following is not a requirement, the successful candidate will need to have established connections and a proven ability to generate new business.  Key Responsibilities:• Lead and manage M&A and Private Equity transactions from inception to completion.• Develop and maintain strong client relationships across various sectors.• Work closely with senior partners to grow and strengthen the firm’s corporate offerings.• Contribute to business development efforts and the firm’s ongoing growth.• Collaborate with a high-performing team and be involved in the strategic direction of corporate transactions.  Ideal Candidate:• 5-10 years PQE in M&A, Private Equity, or broader corporate law.• Strong commercial acumen, business development skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.• Proven ability to manage a demanding caseload and client relationships.• A team player with excellent communication and drafting skills.• Looking for a role that offers more autonomy and quicker progression to partnership.  The firm offers a collaborative and supportive work environment, with competitive remuneration and career progression opportunities.
