Employment Law Solicitor (Private Practice)
Location: Remote (UK)
Salary: £55,000 + Performance-Based Bonus (Increases Significantly after first year).
Experience: Minimum 5 Years PQE in Private Practice (Required)

Key Responsibilities:
- Employment Law Advisory - Provide clear, commercially sound advice on employment law matters, including contracts, dismissals, grievances, discrimination, and TUPE.
- Case Management - Handle a varied caseload independently, ensuring excellent client service from initial consultation to resolution.
- Dispute Resolution - Represent clients in employment tribunals, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
- Legal Documentation - Draft, review, and update employment contracts, handbooks, policies, and settlement agreements.
- Client Relationships- Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering tailored legal solutions.
- Regulatory Compliance - Stay up to date with employment law developments and provide guidance to clients.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Solicitor -UK-qualified with at least 5 years PQE in employment law within private practice.
- Technical Expertise - Strong knowledge of employment law with a proven ability to manage cases independently.
- Commercially Minded - Ability to maximise billable hours while delivering pragmatic and effective legal advice.
- Client-Focused - Excellent communication skills and a practical, commercial approach to legal advice.
- Self-Motivated & Organised - Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload efficiently.
- Advocacy Skills - Tribunal representation experience is a plus.
