- Managing a diverse caseload, including divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, cohabitation disputes, and prenuptial agreements.
- Providing clear, tailored legal advice on complex family law matters with a client-focused approach.
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate.
- Contributing to business development through networking, client relationship management, and referral building.
- Ensuring efficient case management with strong organisational and document-handling skills.
- Staying up to date with family law developments and applying this knowledge effectively.
- Qualified family solicitor (4-6 years PQE)
- Strong technical knowledge of family law, particularly in financial settlements and child arrangements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proven ability to independently manage and prioritise a busy caseload.
- Commercial awareness and experience in business development initiatives.
- Strong IT proficiency.
