Description

As a Patent Knowledge Lawyer you will support the team on a 6 month basis, the role will involve:

  • Creating a set of life sciences licensing and collaboration precedent documents.
  • Distilling the team's knowledge into annotations to reflect market practice.
  • Forming key documents including agreements for collaborative R&D, master services agreements, laboratory, clinical and other services.
  • Providing training on new law affecting the document suite and on the documents themselves.

Profile

The successful candidate will have extensive Patent Legal experience and will be a senior Lawyer qualified in England & Wales.
