A highly reputable Local Authority in the Home Counties is seeking aPlanning Lawyer to join the team on a locum basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and growing team on a full-time basis. It is a remote working position besides monthly committee meeting attendance.

The Planning Lawyer role:

Key duties of the Planning Lawyer will include:

  • To provide legal advice and support to the Council on complex Planning Law
  • To handle own caseload of planning matters
  • To attend monthly committee meetings
