Role: Property Solicitor

I am recruiting for a highly regarded Central London law firm who are looking to hire a Property Solicitor to join their team. My client is a high quality boutique law firm, specialising in property, litigation, and commercial/corporate law. The property department is well developed, consisting of 13 Solicitors including 5 Partners.
The role requires the successful candidate to have good experience working across residential and commercial property, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, and transfer of equity and remortgages. Additional training can be provided if one area is weaker than the other.

Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 2+ years post qualified experience.
- Experience managing a caseload of residential/commercial files.
- A degree from a UK University.
