We've partnered with a global leader in insurance to find a talented PMO/Project Manager for a permanent role. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a unique opportunity to work on strategic global initiatives, collaborating closely with a strong leadership team. As the company enters a high-growth phase, you'll play a key role in driving the expansion of various business units. This role is based in South London, with a requirement of 2 days in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the CEO in managing and growing business units
- Coordinate and lead strategic projects, reporting to the executive team
- Engage with senior stakeholders and represent the CEO in key meetings
- Ensure successful completion of strategic initiatives across functions
Requirements:
- Consultant/consulting background within financial services or insurance
- Proven experience in strategic work and stakeholder engagement at the C-suite level
- Project management or PMO experience
- Strong work ethic, autonomy, and attention to detail
