?? Primary Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Programme Initiative leads to drive strategic deliverablesLead working groups to define project plans and manage timelinesProvide subject matter expertise to align initiatives with programme strategyManage dependencies and engage stakeholders effectivelyProactively identify and resolve risks and issuesDevelop accurate project updates tailored to various forumsBuild strong relationships to support programme executionOffer investigative analysis for stakeholder support
?? Requirements:
Proven track record in strategic project management and complex solution deliveryExperience in implementing regulatory change across MarketsStrong scoping, planning, and prioritisation skillsExcellent communication and persuasion abilitiesProficiency in progress tracking and reportingAbility to navigate a global organisation with diverse perspectivesThought leadership in target state designAnalytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
�? Qualifications:
10+ years of industry experienceMiFIR/MiFID experienceRisk and Control project management exposureBachelor's degree; Master's preferredProject Management certifications an advantage (PMP or equivalent)
