Process Improvement Lead
£500 - £600 Outside IR35
6 Months Initially
Hybrid - 2-3 Days per week on-site in Central London. Front Loaded to establish relationships then should drop off a little.

Our fast-growing client are looking for a dynamic Process Improvement Lead to lead the identification, prioritisation, and execution of continuous improvement initiatives, delivering enhanced operational efficiency and measurable cost reductions across the business. This role will develop processes, baseline data, and build reporting to support their scale-up goals.
The ideal candidate will have a background in either Loyalty, Consumer goods, Consultancy (Big 4) or Financial Services.
Skills / Experience:
- Process Improvement background.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (Desirable).
- Roadmap Creation.
- People orientated, able to quickly establish and build relationships.
- Track record of going into an organisation and identifying where they aren't operating well and areas for growth.
- Lead Improvement Projects through end-to-end delivery.
- Financial Analysis.
- Strategic Approach
- Benefits Strategy.
- Background in Loyalty, Consumer goods, Consultancy (Big 4) or Financial Services.
