We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to provide essential support to our fee-earners. With a flexible and can-do attitude, you will handle a wide range of tasks, including general secretarial duties, billing, typing legal documents, and client communication. Your exceptional organisational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team will ensure the smooth running of our busy office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the fee-earners with general administrative and typing tasks
- Handle monthly billing and invoicing processes
- Provide general support for letters, emails, and legal documents
- Manage client engagement and follow procedures
- Respond to incoming calls and schedule appointments
- Arrange couriers and manage diaries
- Maintain client files
- Support other teams within the business with meetings and secretarial support
Requirements:
- Must have previous secretarial/PA/Team Assistant experience
- Ideally have a legal background and/or some knowledge
- Attention to detail and proactive approach
- Excellent diary management and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong IT skills and ability to handle sensitive information
