This role offers a prime opportunity to provide administrative support to the Residential team and serve as the first point of contact in their prestigious offices.Role Overview: The Residential Legal Secretary will play a key role in managing administrative tasks and providing thorough support to the Residential team. Candidates should have previous experience in a similar role, outstanding communication abilities, and a proactive approach.Main Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently handle an administrative workload
  • Provide administrative support, including file opening, telephone management, document production (such as audio typing, managing voice recognition procedures, and coordinating with outsourcing providers), filing/archiving, photocopying, email management, and handling mail
  • Maintain client correspondence through telephone, email, letter, and face-to-face communication
  • Assist with business development and marketing activities, including booking facilities and refreshments, arranging specialists, and preparing presentation materials
  • Collaborate actively with the team to foster a positive work environment
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within a Residential department
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident, diligent, proactive, and self-motivated
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Adaptable and flexible to meet work demands
