I am super excited to be working again with an international cosmetics company originating in the US with a growing UK supply chain team who are looking for an Inventory Manager with a hunger to learn and a willingness to get hands-on!

This newly created role focuses on managing inventory accuracy across UK 3PL warehouses, fillers, and third-party suppliers, ensuring alignment with the ERP system. It also involves overseeing kitting and rework processes.

In this role,

You will…

  • Perform monthly reconciliations, investigate stock discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory levels across UK ERP locations and 3PLs
  • Manage kitting, reworks, disposals, intercompany transfers, and allocation of stock across B2B, D2C, and third-party locations
  • Work closely with Demand Planner, Supply Chain Coordinator, Finance, and US team to ensure alignment on inventory processes and stock movements
  • Oversee B2B and D2C returns, ensuring proper stock handling and reconciliation of inventory adjustments
  • Support annual stock takes, cycle counts, and provide necessary documentation and reports for audits and compliance

About you:

  • 3+ years experience as an Inventory Specialist within the beauty/cosmetics industry
  • Skilled in MS Office (especially Excel), ERP systems like NetSuite, and 3PL WMS platforms
  • Strong attention to detail with a data-driven, problem-solving approach and ability to see tasks through to completion
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a proactive and motivated mindset
