Logistics and Supply Chain Administrator– £25,000-£31,000 + Benefits –London or Cardiff

The Role

We are a leading provider of steel range of products, looking to appoint an experienced Logistics and Supply Chain Administrator to our growing team.

You will be responsible for managing the allocation of customer orders, ensuring the smooth flow of stock, and working closely with warehouse teams to coordinate deliveries and stock management. You will oversee customs entries and returns while providing regular reports on stock levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate customer orders and ensure accurate customer deliveries.
  • Help in preparation of Purchase and Sales contracts.
  • Liaise with the warehouse team to maintain correct customer allocations and efficient delivery processes.
  • Manage stock returns and stock adjustments in coordination with warehouse and inventory teams.
  • Liaise with port authorities, logistics teams, and warehouse managers for seamless import, storage, and distribution.
  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinating with warehouse teams to maintain stock accuracy.
  • Assist with queries from management or the holding company regarding stock, finance information, or report generation.
  • Complete customs entries for imports to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Handle customer call-offs for both collection and delivery of goods.
  • Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies through stock reconciliation processes.
  • Other assigned duties.

The Person

  • UK-based with a work permit.
