Operations Coordinator- 1x a week in London- Up to £32k + benefits

This business is dedicated to craftsmanship and quality materials, and encourages great collaboration across teams. This is a great opportunity to expand that end to end supply chain experience as you will be working cross functionally across sales, production, operations, and customers.

In this role, you will:

  • Process international customer orders and shipments
  • Source and liaise with 3PL partners, to ensure the best delivery service is given to customers
  • Oversee all stock movements across categories, liaising with manufacturing partners to confirm schedules
  • Ensure packaging lists and customs documents are correct for smooth and efficient delivery

In order to be successful:

  • Prior experience in international shipments for luxury goods
  • Fantastic communication skills, proven experience in working with a variety of freight forwarders and couriers
  • Organised with great administration skills, ability to work independently
  • Good systems knowledge, Excel and working with an ERP system
