Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, embed, and enhance the third-party supplier framework
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and processes
- Manage third-party suppliers for performance, quality, cost, and contract obligations
- Develop strong relationships with Senior Leadership Team (SLT) members and key stakeholders
- Monitor supplier performance through regular reviews, KPIs, and SLAs
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure business continuity
- Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and supplier onboarding
- Provide strategic advice on procurement matters to support executive decision-making
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function
You will be a great fit if you have:
- Proven experience in a senior procurement role within financial services.
- Strong background in supplier management, contract negotiation, and procurement compliance
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Experience in driving value through a total cost of ownership approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Salary: £90,000 to £95,000 + 10% Bonus
- Hybrid working: Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week)
- 25 days' holiday (rising to 28 after 3 years) plus bank holidays
