Senior Technical Manager
Are you an experienced Senior Technical Manager seeking a new role leading a major residential project? This role will be working as the lead on a new build 450-unit RC frame project in Southwest London for a leading residential developer whose portfolio includes some of the most eye catching developments in the UK.
About the role of Senior Technical Manager
This is an excellent opportunity to take the lead on a new scheme, working alongside the Land and Planning team ensuring compliance with the building safety act then taking the scheme to site and delivering the project. This role will have the added responsibility of managing a team as the scheme progresses
Requirements for the Senior Technical Manager role
- Experience working in a lead role for a developer
- Experience working on from RIBA stage 2 on wards
- Construction relate qualification ideally in Architecture or Engineering
