As a Warehouse Depot Supervisor, you will work closely with the Warehouse Shift Manager and take charge of team supervision, daily operations, customer service and facility maintenance. At this new site, you will work with a dedicated team to establish the most efficient distribution and day-to-day operation and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, lead and motivate a team of 20-30 operatives per shift.
  • Coordinate with the shift manager to manage delivery routes, drivers and stock replenishment.
  • Work towards growth and improvement of your personal and team KPIs.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints and issues raised by the Customer Experience team.

Ideal skill set we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, ideally of similar seniority.
  • Ability to adapt to and implement new operational processes in a rapidly growing environment.
  • Good understanding of warehouse operations, logistics and distribution.
  • Proficiency and knowledge in WMS (Warehouse Management System) and MS Office.
  • Fantastic interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
