We're seeking a proactive Administration & Accounts Assistant to join our finance and administration team, working closely with our Office Manager in Thornton Heath In this permanent, full-time role, you'll support key administrative, financial, and operational tasks, making a direct impact in our entrepreneurial environment.

Role: Administration & Accounts Assistant

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm (37.5 hours weekly)

Salary: £27 000/annum

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bookkeeping & Stock Management: Utilize Sage 200 Evolution for standard bookkeeping and stock management tasks.
  • Procurement & Supplier Relations: Oversee suppliers, process logistics, and manage orders for special finishes.
  • Sales Support: Raise sales orders, delivery notes, and invoices; assist with manufacturing stock orders.
  • Stock Control: Support monthly stock checks and data entry into Sage.
  • Administration & Team Support: Provide administrative support for management and sales teams, cover duties during team holidays.
  • Communication & Liaison: Maintain active communication across departments and handle customer and supplier inquiries.
Ideal Candidate Profile (Admin and Secretarial):
  • Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in administration and bookkeeping.
  • Skills: Proficient with Sage 200 Evolution and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Attributes: Organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in multitasking with strong communication abilities.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Bonus Schemes: Monthly bonus (10% of salary upon hitting targets) and quarterly profit-sharing bonus.
  • Holidays: 25 days annual leave plus public holidays.
