About the role:

  • Scan, file, and manage documents, coordinating with Reprographics as needed
  • Prepare and finalise sales packs, court bundles, and exhibits in collaboration with EAs and secretaries
  • Assist Legal and Support Departments with projects and general office tasks
  • Manage tasks via workflow tools, ensuring timely updates and effective communication
  • Provide excellent service to internal clients, maintaining awareness of key contacts and departmental standards
  • Identify and suggest improvements to streamline team processes

About you:

  • Recent office administration experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services setting
  • Proficient typing speed with high accuracy
  • Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Adobe
  • Familiarity with document management systems (training available if needed)
  • Some experience with legal documents
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
