Nicholas Michael are currently looking for an Office Adminstrator to work a long side one of our clients based out of their White Hart Lane, London office.

We are currently recruiting a Skilled Office Assistant to become an integral part of our team at the Head Office located in White Hart Lane, London. The success of our organization is attributed to both our dedicated team and streamlined processes, with the Office Assistant playing a pivotal role in providing essential support to both aspects. This is a full-time position.

The ideal candidate will match the below criteria;

Staff training will be provided on some of the items as well as training courses if/where necessary.

  • Answering Phones
  • Answering email enquiries
  • Sending Estimates
  • Processing Client Orders
  • Raising / Sending Pro Forma Invoices
  • Processing Clients BACS Prepayments
  • Raising / Sending Purchase Orders
  • Processing Deliveries into Stock
  • Office Facilities Management / Coordinator
  • Stock Maintenance & Management
  • Booking & Diarising appointments (via phone & email)
  • General office Duties

The clientoffers a competitive salary ranging between 26,000 to 29,000 and 20 days of annual leave. In addition to Bank Holidays. On-site parking facilities are available. Join us in our journey of growth and success!

Working hours are 07.00am-16.00pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour lunch break. For the right candidate the client can adjust the start time if required.
