A boutique search firm client who have a real buzzy, energetic team is seeking a multitasking administration assistant to support a team of executives. role involves heavy calender scheduling for the executives, assisting with presentation material, coordinating team diaries for internal and external meetings, scheduling initial appointments for the candidates and clients, organising international travel. and event planning.
The role will need the the candidate to have a minimum of 12 months administration support experience within a corporate office environment.
Personality of candidate will need to be hardworking, flexible, proactive and ambitious with gret communication skills.
This role is to start ideally as soon as possible and will be based 5 days in the London office.
