Our client, one of the leading players in the UK and Ireland beauty market, is seeking a dynamic Assistant Advocacy Manager to join their team. As the Assistant Advocacy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the brand Advocacy Manager in executing the advocacy and consumer engagement strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute paid and seeding campaigns to support brand launches, trends, and pillars.
  • Build and maintain an up-to-date influencer database, identifying relevant targets.
  • Assist in preparing comprehensive reports on campaign results, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Organise and manage schedules for events and assist in their execution.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, CDO teams, and external agencies.
  • Take ownership of advocacy reporting and budget controlling files.

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of the UK & Ireland A&I landscape.
  • Familiarity with consumer trends and segmentation.
  • Proficiency in CDMO guidelines and initiatives.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Deliverables/Outcomes:

  • Drive excellence in campaign execution.
  • Maintain an updated and relevant influencer database.
  • Utilise data-driven approaches such as IRM and Tracker.
  • Foster strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Mission Priorities:

  • Support the Advocacy Manager in sourcing new advocacy profiles aligned with the brand strategy.
  • Assist in reporting advocacy KPIs and presenting findings to stakeholders.
  • Manage end-to-end product send-outs, including budgeting, ordering, and tracking conversions.
