Our client, one of the leading players in the UK and Ireland beauty market, is seeking a dynamic Assistant Advocacy Manager to join their team. As the Assistant Advocacy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the brand Advocacy Manager in executing the advocacy and consumer engagement strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute paid and seeding campaigns to support brand launches, trends, and pillars.
- Build and maintain an up-to-date influencer database, identifying relevant targets.
- Assist in preparing comprehensive reports on campaign results, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Organise and manage schedules for events and assist in their execution.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, CDO teams, and external agencies.
- Take ownership of advocacy reporting and budget controlling files.
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of the UK & Ireland A&I landscape.
- Familiarity with consumer trends and segmentation.
- Proficiency in CDMO guidelines and initiatives.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Deliverables/Outcomes:
- Drive excellence in campaign execution.
- Maintain an updated and relevant influencer database.
- Utilise data-driven approaches such as IRM and Tracker.
- Foster strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Mission Priorities:
- Support the Advocacy Manager in sourcing new advocacy profiles aligned with the brand strategy.
- Assist in reporting advocacy KPIs and presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end product send-outs, including budgeting, ordering, and tracking conversions.
