Role Overview:As a Business Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our office and supporting various business functions. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for the property industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing day-to-day office operations for optimal efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records and files (both physical and digital).
  • Support the property management team with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and preparing documentation.
  • Handle inquiries from clients and residents with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of rental agreements and documentation related to our rent guarantee services.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
