Client Experience Administrator - City of London - £25,000 - £30,000

We are looking for a conscientious and self-motivated individual who has a keen interest in working within Financial Services. As this role will involve client contact, we are looking for someone who is clear and confident both over the phone and face to face.

You will be working for a large successful business within Financial Services, providing an exceptional service to their clients throughout the UK. Our client prides themselves on their care for their employees, and in turn, those employees pass this on to their clients through their level of service.

Role

The purpose of the role is to deliver a first-class support service to Partners and clients, allowing their Partners to focus on relationship developments with both new and existing clients.

  • Working alongside a CEE to provide high quality admin support for Partners and their clients.
  • Reporting directly to one of the Client Experience Team Leaders
  • A key part of this role is organisation and management of workload, including but not limited to: data entry, requesting and chasing client & policy information, leading to Partners being able to provide recommendations to new & existing client’s and manage their existing Investments, Pension & Protection policies.

Key skills and personal attributes:

  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks, work to tight deadlines and stay focused under pressure.
  • Confident having challenging conversations with Partners if necessary.
  • An articulate communicator.
  • Outstanding telephone manner with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Honesty, integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Hard working and responsive to the need to deliver a high-quality support service.
  • Attention to detail and high standards of work
