Are you a highly experienced IFA Administrator with a strong background in managing teams? We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Services Manager to join a prestigious multi-family office based in Mayfair, working with Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients. This is a unique role that offers exposure to fascinating clients and complex cases, providing a great opportunity to further develop your career in a dynamic environment.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (DOE)Benefits: Hybrid working, discretionary bonus, pension, income protection, and death in service (DIS) insurance.Location: Mayfair (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring all inquiries are resolved promptly and professionally.
  • Service Delivery: Overseeing the client service team to ensure all client requirements are met with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Team Leadership: Managing and mentoring the client service administrators, ensuring best practices and high standards of client service.
  • Support for Financial Planners: Assisting with the preparation of documents and reports for client meetings, and ensuring smooth coordination of meetings and events.
  • Administrative Oversight: Maintaining up-to-date client records and ensuring all activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies.

Essential Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in an IFA administrative role, with a focus on whole of market financial planning.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading a client services or administrative team within financial services.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software and CRM systems (e.g., Intelligent Office).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with a client-centric approach.
