My client, a leading professional services provider is seeking to recruit an experienced company secretary from a professional services background. You will be joining a team of six with some management duties.
In particular, your duties will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Lead a diverse client portfolio, delivering exceptional company secretarial services
- Team Oversight: Mentor and appraise junior staff, delegate tasks, and ensure work quality
- Technical Expertise: Provide expert advice on complex matters, including share capital transactions
- Compliance: Manage Companies House filings and statutory deadlines
- Project Leadership: Drive technical projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Billing & Business Development: Oversee invoicing and support business growth efforts
Key Skills and Experience:
- Degree-qualified, ideally with a professional qualification (CGI or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of the Companies Act and relevant statutes
- Experienced in managing client portfolios and team leadership
- Proficiency in Diligent Entities or similar software
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Hybrid working:
2 days per week in the office following probation (3 months)
