Join a leading Tier 1 construction contractor as a Document Controller, where you will play a crucial role in managing and controlling project documentation. This permanent position requires a candidate with specific experience in the Procore document control system. The role is based on-site from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with potential flexibility as you become more established within the company.
Day-to-day of the role:- Manage and control all project documentation to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure all documents are correctly filed and easily accessible.
- Manage the setup of new sites/projects.
- Monitor the flow of documents between internal and external parties.
- Ensure compliance with submission dates.
- Prepare review packs for project teams.
- Keep master office copies and drawing logs up-to-date.
- Print and organise hard copies as required.
- Proven experience as a Document Controller within the construction sector or similar industries such as rail or civil engineering.
- Essential experience using the Procore document control system.
- Proficiency in using document management software and tools.
- On-site or head office experience is crucial for this role.
