My client is well-established national financial planning firm, who due to expansion are looking for a central support administrator to work as part of a team in their London office.

Key responsibilities will be covering reception, sorting through post and scanning documents. You will also be process letters of authorities and ensuring you see through the process from beginning to completion. Liaising with 3rd party providers, updating information on CRM database. Assisting with annual review process and updating client's information and delegating any follow up actions to Advisers.

This is fantastic opportunity for an entry level role in Wealth Management and would suit someone who has had some exposure to Financial Planning whilst at University. This could be from an internship or perhaps you have working with a provider platform and looking to transition into Financial planning. There will be plenty of scope to grow and develop your skills and full training and support will be provided.

You must be willing to be in the London office everyday during probation so you can be supported in your training and mentoring, after probation you will be able to work 1 day from home. This a great IFA Administrator role for someone at the beginning of their career who is happy to have flexible approach to their day-to-day tasks and help and support where needed.
