About the Role

This role provides support to the graduate development programme, working closely with the broader HR team, across a range of areas. Duties include:

  • Maintain relationships with future/current trainees
  • Assist with seat rotation, secondments and coordinate development meetings
  • Support with qualification process
  • Deliver training and identify training needs
  • Assist with well-being matters

Job Requirements

You will have previous administration experience within professional services and a demonstrated interest in graduate development. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are essential.
