Our client are a growing consultancy, that specialise within the tech industry. We are currently on the search for a proactive Office Assistant to join their friendly team in a modern, spacious and well equipped office in Central London.
Responsibilities:
- Booking international travel for the team ??
- Managing the office, ensuring the office is well maintained ??
- Providing personal assistant support to C-suite individuals??
- Organising company events for staff and clients �?
- Arranging and attending meetings with senior management ??
- Maintaining stationery supplies and IT equipment ????
- Supporting the HR and Finance Team with ad hoc duties ??
- Handling correspondence, complaints, and queries ????
- Meeting and greeting clients and answering telephone calls ??
- Establishing and maintaining office procedures ??
