Our client are a growing consultancy, that specialise within the tech industry. We are currently on the search for a proactive Office Assistant to join their friendly team in a modern, spacious and well equipped office in Central London.

Responsibilities:

  • Booking international travel for the team ??
  • Managing the office, ensuring the office is well maintained ??
  • Providing personal assistant support to C-suite individuals??
  • Organising company events for staff and clients �?
  • Arranging and attending meetings with senior management ??
  • Maintaining stationery supplies and IT equipment ????
  • Supporting the HR and Finance Team with ad hoc duties ??
  • Handling correspondence, complaints, and queries ????
  • Meeting and greeting clients and answering telephone calls ??
  • Establishing and maintaining office procedures ??
