Centre Support Assistant Based in Victoria, £26k, Monday-Friday, 20 days paid holiday plus bank holidays A high-quality office provider is looking for a friendly and proactive individual to join their team as a Centre Support Assistant. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will be a crucial part of the operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently, while still providing that excellent customer service. This role is varied and dynamic, requiring an individual who takes a flexible work approach. You will be responsible for looking after the office spaces, welcoming visitors and supporting day-to-day activities of the centre. Working closely with the Centre Manager and the team, you will help create a professional, organised, and inviting atmosphere that reflects the high standards of the company.Responsibilities and Duties- Provide excellent service to colleagues and visitors- Ensure that communal areas, meeting rooms and office spaces are organised, tidy and welcoming to all - Be ready to offer support to the reception team when required- Carry out administrative duties for clients - Respond to all client queries in a timely manner, contacting the appropriate people if needed- Have a good understanding of Health and Safety procedures- Assist the Centre Manager with certain events like Doughnut Friday- Arrange couriers and taxis if requested- Create welcome packs for new clients - Move between centres if additional support is required The Ideal Candidate - Great communication skills, via all channels of contact (email, phone, in-person)- Immaculate customer service - Previous experience in customer facing roles - Experience with Switchboard is desirable
