My client is looking for an experienced operations assistant to join their team.
They are committed to providing excellent service to our clients and are looking

Duties include:
• Drafting legal documents and statements
• Contacting clients to request loan updates and documentation
• Updating investors and funders on their portfolios
• Corresponding with solicitors and surveyors
• Updating and maintaining systems and databases
• Assisting with the management of loan facilities.
• Assessing funding requests and coordinating funds release
• Arranging loan extensions with clients and funders
• Coordinating the redemption of loans
Skills and experience required:
• Strong organisational skills
• Strong numerical skills
• Proficiency in verbal and written English
• Proficiency in Microsoft office
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience dealing with client correspondence via phone/outlook
• Experience in real estate/ property finance (desirable but not essential)
