Role: PA/Office Manager

Location: London, SW1E 6HR

Hours: Monday-Friday 09:00-17:30

Salary: £32,000-£36,000

An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a PA/Office Manager to join our client’s successful team in Milton Keynes.

About our client:

Our client are Court Jewellers of distinction, designing and creating some of the world’s most exceptional Bespoke Jewellery, Objet D’Art, Pens, Insignia, Orders, Decorations and Medals by appointment

Duties of a PA/Office Manager:

  • Full diary management and administrative support for the Company Directors
  • Processing and management of payment for all Directors expenses
  • Preparation and processing of meeting packs, contracts and other documentation including printing/ binding/ issuing
  • Managing incoming post, correspondence and telephone calls
  • Processing all commercial invoices, tracking spending and raising Purchase Orders Office Management duties including ordering consumables and stationery, fire extinguisher servicing and general day to day running of the office
  • Organise meeting refreshments when required.

What we would like from you:

  • A- level education or equivalent as a minimum
  • Fire Marshall & First Aid trained desirable but not essential
  • Previous experience as a PA/Office Manager
  • Desirable administration experience (minimum of 3 years)
  • Previous or current experience with PA-related   duties including diary management
  • Good skills with Outlook, Excel, Word and other MS programs.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Forward thinking
  • Friendly can-do attitude towards work and willingness to assist where possible
  • Calm and composed under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail with accuracy in written work
  • Excellent communication skills with other team members
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Able to use and act on own initiative
  • Can use discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential matters
