  • Keep their office well-organized and stocked
  • Assist the executive team with scheduling, admin, and logistics
  • Coordinate with suppliers, handle inquiries, and manage deliveries
  • Work closely with all departments to ensure everything runs smoothly

What they’re looking for:

  • Administrative experience with a sharp eye for detail
  • Strong communication skills and a warm, can-do attitude
