We are currently working in partnership with a professional membership body based in East London, who are recruiting for a Project Administrator. The position is due to start ASAP with flexible working. The hourly rate of pay will be between equivalent to £23,045 - £25,681 based on experience.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in an administrative role.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of the Quality Networks, Accreditation & Audit and Research projects or allocated projects
  • Maintaining and updating databases as well as cleansing and analysing data
  • Assisting with the preparation, design, proof reading and distribution of written materials (such as reports, data collection tools, information sheets and marketing materials)
  • Processing relevant invoices and paperwork and liaising with the finance department
  • Diary management, including attending meetings and taking minutes
  • Organising online and face-to-face meetings, workshops, and events (making room bookings, liaising about catering requirements etc)

Experience required:

  • Experience required in public sector or similar organisation
  • Experience of setting up and running administrative systems

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Excellent time management skills
  • Knowledge of basic statistical analysis
  • Ability to work efficiently to tight deadlines and prioritise workload

Working hours:

  • 35 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm and some flexibility
  • 2/3 days working from home
