Our role involves acting as a key liaison between clients and site managers, coordinating with reliable suppliers for seamless project delivery.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Project Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role will support the Project Manager in managing technology projects for our clients. While prior experience is not mandatory, a strong eagerness to learn and follow instructions is essential. A university degree is required for this position. The ideal candidate will work independently, communicate effectively with clients and suppliers, and assist with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Lifecycle Management: Assist in managing all phases of the project lifecycle.

Task Execution: Support various project tasks, including:

  • Progress tracking
  • Document controlling
  • Budgeting and cost control
  • Timetable management
  • Resource management
  • Quality assurance and project closure

Liaison: Coordinate with suppliers and site contacts to ensure timely on-site delivery, keeping the client team in the loop.

Supply Ordering: Manage the ordering of supplies as required.

Diary Management: Keep the Project Manager informed of key dates.

Meeting Arrangements: Schedule meetings with clients and suppliers and take notes during these meetings.

Reporting: Provide regular and ad hoc reports to the Project Manager.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Skills & Qualities: Strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work independently are essential. Exceptional attention to detail skills are crucial for maintaining accuracy within this role.
  • Experience: While experience is not required, a recent graduate with one or more years of professional or office experience is preferred.
