Fantastic global consultancy based in Mayfair offering hybrid working are looking for a Project Coordinator / Executive Assistant to support the MD for Leadership and Succession Planning team. Office Based with some flexibility.
They are a Global Leadership Advisory Consultancy with offices worldwide and are now looking to appoint an Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator to join their Leadership and Succession team in London. Purpose of the role
As part of the L & S team working as an Project Coordinator to facilitate the smooth running of L&S assignments which includes extensive project management, client and candidate relationship management, creation of high-quality documentation and diary management.
Key duties:
- Project manage the assessment process and understand the specific requirements of each client
- Complex diary management and control the logistics of the assessment process: liaising with clients/candidates for interviews, meetings and travel arrangements
- Working extensively with our bespoke database which includes updating client/candidate information, recording notes from meetings/calls and generating reports.
- Given the nature of our work, you will be expected to work with and respect highly confidential information/details
- Exceptional attention to detail required to ensure all documentation and communication is correct.
- Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint, Word and Outlook - extensive document production and formatting presentations/packs for potential client pitches, candidate letters, etc
- Submit accurate and complete Expense Reports on a timely basis and in compliance with Company expense policy; and client billing management
- General support to the team as and when required.
Key person and technical skills:
- A level qualification as minimum or equivalent
- Experience of working within a corporate environment and managing Projects would be advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail and the ability to build relationships with individuals at all levels
- Proven capacity to operate under pressure when dealing with both internal and external stakeholders
- Extensive diary management experience across all time zones
- Ability to comprehensively and clearly present strategic issues and possible solutions to consultants and managers
- At least 3 years solid experience working for a Consultancy or a client centric Professional Services firm
- Strong previous experience working in PA or EA capacity- experience supporting 2 or more people
