Location: Canary Wharf, London.
Hybrid 4 days onsite. 1 day WFH.
This role will assist the Senior Project Manager during the project stages, working dynamically with different team members and clients.
The Project Coordinator is responsible for providing services such as administrative support, advice and guidance on the project tools, planning support, risk management, and change management.
We are looking for someone proactive who can take the initiative and go above and beyond. Organisation and attention to detail skills are a must.
This role is an excellent opportunity for a Project Coordinator to upskill and learn from exciting projects and great professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Creating and maintaining project library and plans, and file, recording and reporting systems
- Maintaining project management methods, standards and processes
- Assisting and advising team members on procedures, disciplines and recording and reporting requirements
- Tracking risk and issue logs and changing control data
- Developing and maintaining effective project team communication systems
- Developing and implementing procedures for configuration management
- Producing project summary reports and coordinating the preparation of all reports
- Setting up and maintaining cost-recording systems
- Defining and documenting methodology procedures
- Assisting with other administrative responsibilities assigned
- Coordinate all project activities
- Scheduling regular meetings
- Creating and updating procedures, doing risk analyses, and ensuring that all projects meet quality standards and deliver on time and within budget
- Develop and distribute documents to internal teams, keep track of expenses and projected costs, and provide project performance updates
- Develop ways to ensure the team meets the objectives
- Help with integration across the project ecosystem, including gaining feedback to aid improvements to the ways of working, evolving the project direction, and building social cohesion
