  • Supporting at Managing Director level
  • General support to the wider team in EMEA - Analyst, Associate, VP, MD in conjunction with 3 other senior assistants and a floor admin
  • Booking events 
  • Working with the team/Assistant team to on board new hires
    • Diary and calendar management for bankers (Associate level+)
    • Coordinating and scheduling of meetings and con calls across multiple time zones
    • Managing high volume of phone calls and emails, relaying information in a timely and accurate manner
    • Coordinating room bookings for internal/external meetings and VCs across multiple locations
    • Coordinating travel arrangements for the team, including:
      • Visa applications
      • International flight and accommodation bookings
      • Car bookings
    • Expense management and preparation
    • Taking on ad hoc tasks while maintaining workflow
    • Supporting teams in day to day issues, needs and queries
    • Providing phone / holiday coverage for colleagues
Skills/Experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in financial services, of which 2 years of direct experience as either a Personal Assistant or Team Assistant, preferably within Banking
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Professional, positive, can do attitude to work
  • Strong communication, excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to be proactive, use initiative and multi-task, as well as prioritise
  • Team player with experience of working in a large team with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • High level of discretion/confidentiality when handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Ability to work with different time zones including the Americas, EMEA and Asia
