A premier global independent investment banking advisory firm based in Mayfair seek an Assistant to join their busy IT department, looking after the Head of Department and wider team.
This is a long term, on-going temporary role, to start as soon as possible. The team are incredibly friendly, close knit and hard working- they provide a seamless service to the internal staff and offices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Diary management and meeting coordination for the Heads of IT, RESO and their wider teams
- Arranging both internal and external meetings and events, video conferences etc.
- Arranging domestic and international travel schedules
- Expense management, purchase orders in WorkDay and accounts reconciliation
- Raising purchase orders for IT equipment purchased from our vendors
- Setting up new vendors in the vendor management system
- Frequent courier and taxi booking both domestically and internationally
- Maintaining team holiday records and office shift rota.
- General administration duties e.g., emails, filing notes, printing, telephone coverage
- IT New Joiner Onboarding
We are looking to speak to seasoned Assistants who have experience working in a corporate setting. You will need good Excel skills, ideally experience with invoicing and excellent attention to detail.
