Our client is a property investor with a portfolio of approx. 30 commercial office buildings across London and the Home Counties.
We are seeking an experienced FM Property Manager to manage 6 or 7 of those buildings, ensuring that all contracted hard and soft FM services at are delivered to an exceptional standard. You will also be required to ensure that H&S compliance is maintained, that tenants are happy and occupancy rates are high.
You will be calculating and managing service charge and capex budgets and leading on refurb/ replacement and upgrade projects within your portfolio.
With a salary band of 48k to 55k we will consider candidates from 4 years + experience. There is a discretionary bonus scheme, good pension that increases with service, private healthcare and expensed travel.
This is a role with requirement to work predominantly from the company's office in Vauxhall and to visit your portfolio of properties across London and the home Counties. Occasional working from home permitted.
