Facilities Manager - Central London

45,000 - 50,000 depending on experience

Hexagon Group are working with a leading facilities management company renowned for delivering outstanding service and innovative solutions to their clients. They are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee a portfolio of corporate contracts, ensuring high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction.

As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple corporate contracts across London. You will ensure that all facilities management services are delivered efficiently and effectively, meeting the clients' requirements and exceeding their expectations. Your role will be critical in maintaining strong client relationships, managing on-site teams, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and company policies is adhered to, and carry out risk assessments for each site.
  • Carry out regular site inspections, ensuring the highest of standards are being met and the sites are clean and presentable.
  • Act as the first point of contact, responding to issues in a prompt manner.
  • Management of on-site service partners across each contract; supporting the leadership team with procurement exercises when required.
  • Assist with the preparation of annual budgets.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience working as a Facilities Manager in a similar capacity.
  • Strong understanding of facilities management services and contract management.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills, with a track record of maintaining and enhancing client satisfaction.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Relevant qualifications in facilities management, business management, or a related field are desirable.
