Fawkes and Reece are currently working with a well respected, nationwide Main Contractor in assisting them with finding an Internal Finishing Manager for their large conversion project based in West London.

The project is worth circa 50m and has 6 floors. It has around 6 months to go, previous experience on large commercial/retail projects is important.

The role is a freelance contract which will last for 6 months. You will be responsible for;

H&S Management
Review and approve RAMS
Hold daily briefing with Internal Subs supervisors & record
Snagging/De-Snagging
Monitor works for RAMS /Safety Management adherence
Issue non-compliance /improvement notices
Attend Safety Audits & Planning meetings and close out any actions
Progress/Programme
